About the Role:

As the Academic Counselor at IIDE, Lower Parel, you will play a pivotal role in helping prospective students make informed decisions about their education and career paths.

This role combines student counseling, admissions, consultative sales, relationship management, and mentorship.



You will understand students' aspirations, recommend suitable IIDE programs, manage prospects through the admissions journey, and drive enrollments through structured and meaningful conversations.

You will also support and mentor junior counselors, manage student and parent interactions, track performance through CRM systems, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain a seamless and high-quality admissions experience.

What You'll Do:

● Student Counseling & Career Guidance:

○ Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with prospective students to understand their interests, career aspirations, and learning requirements.

○ Recommend suitable IIDE programs by aligning course outcomes with each student's academic and skilled goals.

○ Communicate with students and parents through calls and in-person interactions, addressing queries clearly and confidently.
