Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for Hiring Sales Officers serving the HoReCa segment. The role involves identifying and approaching hotels, restaurants, and cafés, presenting product offerings, and building strong, long-term customer relationships. Day-to-day tasks include generating leads, following up on inquiries, conducting sales meetings and product demonstrations, and managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.



The Sales Officer will handle sales operations such as order processing, coordination with internal teams for timely delivery, and maintaining accurate records in sales systems. The role also includes managing and expanding channel sales partners, addressing customer service issues promptly, and providing regular sales reports and market feedback to management.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Communication skills to interact effectively with HoReCa clients.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation and Sales Operations skills to manage pipelines, track opportunities, and ensure smooth order handling.
- Candidates should possess Channel Sales skills to develop and maintain productive relationships with distributors and partners.
- Experience in B2B sales, preferably in HoReCa, FMCG, or related sectors, is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, travel locally for client visits, and meet sales target
