We are looking for an entrepreneurial Business Development Manager – International RPO who can

play a key role in building our international client base and establishing long-term relationships with

HR, Talent Acquisition and business leaders. As an early member of the company,



this person will have

significant ownership over our go-to-market strategy and business growth.

Role Overview: The Business Development Manager will be responsible for generating and converting new business opportunities specifically for our Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) solutions across international markets.

The role requires a combination of new-logo prospecting, consultative RPO selling, relationship development, commercial negotiation and account growth. The ideal candidate must understand how organizations evaluate and purchase RPO solutions and be comfortable engaging senior stakeholders including CHROs, Heads of Talent Acquisition, HR Directors, Procurement leaders and business executives.

Key Responsibilities:

International Business Development
- Develop new RPO business across the US, Europe and Middle East/GCC markets, with an initial focus on mid-market and growth-stage organizations.
