Role Description The Financial Controller is a full-time, on-site role based at Taj Cidade de Goa in Panaji reporting to the Director of Finance (this is the No2 position in the department).

This role oversees all finance and accounting operations, including preparation and review of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. The Financial Controller ensures accurate and timely financial reporting, monitors internal controls,



and supports compliance with statutory and corporate requirements. The role includes supervising the accounting team, managing audits, analyzing financial performance, and advising management on cost optimization and revenue enhancement opportunities. Daily responsibilities also involve coordination with operational departments, reviewing reconciliations, and maintaining robust financial processes aligned with hotel business objectives.
