Role Summary

As a Sales Executive,



you'll own the full sales cycle for INBO across the Pune and Pimpri-Chinchwad region — from finding and qualifying prospects to running demos and closing deals. This is an on-site, field-based role built for someone who enjoys meeting business owners in person, understands how Indian MSMEs buy, and loves the work of closing.

What You'll Do

• Generate leads across field visits, references, cold outreach, and the CA referral network.

• Qualify prospects against a explicit scorecard focus your time on businesses genuinely likely to buy.

• Run product demos tailored to each prospect's operations and compliance needs.

• Close deals through consultative, value-led selling — and set up new customers for a smooth start.

• Build and protect relationships with Chartered Accountants who refer clients to INBO.

• Maintain an accurate pipeline in CRM, with honest daily activity logs and reliable forecasts.
