Role Description The Formulation Chemist will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and validating agrochemical formulations, including insecticides, fungicides, fertilizers, herbicides, and pest-control products. Day-to-day tasks include designing and conducting laboratory experiments,



performing stability and compatibility studies, and documenting procedures and results in accordance with regulatory and internal quality standards. The role also involves collaborating with R&D;, production, and quality teams to scale formulations from lab to manufacturing, troubleshooting formulation issues, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhopal, requiring regular presence in the laboratory and coordination with cross-functional teams.
