Job Summary

The Lead Data Analyst - Cyber Incident Review is responsible for leading a team of Cyber Review Analysts while ensuring the delivery of high-quality review services, adherence to security standards, and compliance with established protocols. This role combines hands-on cyber review expertise with people leadership, quality oversight, operational coordination, and data-driven decision-making.

The successful candidate will perform the responsibilities of a Cyber Review Analyst and Quality Control Analyst while mentoring team members, managing workflow priorities, driving process improvements, and partnering with the Review Manager to achieve business objectives. The role requires robust analytical capabilities, leadership skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of cybersecurity review processes, data privacy, information security principles, and data analytics.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of Cyber Review Analysts to ensure quality, productivity, and compliance objectives are met.




- Perform cyber review and quality control activities in accordance with established methodologies, client requirements, and security protocols.
- Manage day-to-day operations, workload allocation, and performance monitoring to ensure timely delivery of review projects.
- Conduct cyber investigations, vulnerability assessments, and risk reviews to identify potential security, privacy, and compliance concerns.
- Ensure adherence to cybersecurity governance policies, information security standards, and data privacy regulations.
- Review, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and potential security risks.
- Utilize SQL, Python, and Power Query to extract, transform, analyse, and report on review-related data.
- Collaborate with technology, security, legal, compliance, and business stakeholders to address review findings and support remediation efforts.
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement
