Role Overview:
nWe are looking for a performance-driven Affiliate Manager to manage and scale mobile campaigns across global markets. The role involves building strong affiliate partnerships, optimizing campaign performance, and driving revenue through CPI, CPA, and CPL models.
nKey Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end affiliate campaigns focused on mobile (Android & iOS)n
- Identify, onboard, and maintain relationships with new and existing affiliates/publishersn
- Drive high-quality traffic for mobile app campaigns (CPI, CPA, CPL)n
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs like ROI, retention, and conversionsn
- Coordinate with internal teams (Ad Ops, Media Buying, Sales) for campaign executionn
- Negotiate payouts, margins, and deal terms with affiliatesn
- Analyze data and provide insights to improve campaign performancen




- Ensure fraud detection and maintain traffic quality standardsn
- Stay updated with market trends, new traffic sources, and competitor activities.n

nRequired Skills & Qualifications:

- n
- 2–4 years of experience in affiliate marketing with a focus on mobile campaignsn
- Strong network of affiliates, publishers, and media partnersn
- Hands-on experience with tracking platforms (HasOffers, Affise, AppsFlyer, Adjust, etc.)n
- Good understanding of mobile attribution, tracking links, and postbacksn
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign datan
- Excellent communication and negotiation skillsn
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced, target-driven environmentn
