EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor of Engineering / Diploma (Mechanical/Automobile) with knowledge of automobile parts
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:
3-6 years of experience in design with a solid technical background.
Required Skill Set
- Able to do 3D design & 2D drawing of tooling equipment s for Automatic/Manual line
- Able to calculate Stress, Deflection & Gripper payload
- Knowledge in Pneumatics circuit design
- Able to do validate design & drawings release for manufacturing
- Hands on experience in Tooling Installation & commissioning skill & solve concerns in physical phase
- Required CAD knowledge - ICAD, NX, CATIA, Autocad
- Exposure to all Body shop process
- Manufacturing Process Understanding
- Robot & Human simulation skill using Process Simulate
- Knowledge in GD & T and ISO standards for mechanical design
- Ergonomic & Safety standard knowledge
- Able to prepare and validate the sequence of operation
