Job PurposeWe are looking for a Sales Executive who will be responsible for generating current business, developing customer relationships and achieving sales targets for Kissan Energy's biofuel and energy products.
- Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new B2B customers for Biodiesel and other biofuel products.
- Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email, references and market visits.
- Approach industries such as manufacturing, mining, construction, logistics, transport, facility management and DG operations.
- Understand customer fuel requirements and recommend suitable Kissan Energy products.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and convert leads into customers.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify repeat business opportunities.
- Prepare and share quotations,



product details and commercial proposals.
- Coordinate with the operations, dispatch, accounts and technical teams for smooth order execution.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales data in the company's CRM.
- Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
- Monitor market prices, competitor activities and customer requirements.
- Participate in customer meetings, product presentations and virtual meetings.
- Ensure timely payment follow-ups and maintain healthy receivables.
- Submit regular sales reports and pipeline updates to management.
- Required SkillsExcellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong B2B sales and business development abilities.
- Good follow-up and relationship management skills.
- Ability to generate leads independently.
- Basic knowledge of fuel, oil, Biodiesel or industrial products will be an advantage.
