nLocation: Boss Towers, 2nd Floor, Patrika Nagar, HITEC City, Hyderabad, Telangana 500081 (Onsite)
nExperience: 1-3+ Years
nWork Timings: 7:00 PM – 3:30 AM IST (5 Days a Week)
nJob Description:
nKey Responsibilities:

- n
- Review, validate, and reconcile weekly consultant timesheets.n
- Prepare and submit client invoices; manage end-to-end billing cycles.n
- Support Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR) processesn
- Process US payroll (W2 & 1099) using tools like ADPn
- Work on accounting software such as QuickBooks/Ceipal.n
- Perform bank, payroll, and AR/AP reconciliations.n
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.n
- Prepare financial trackers, dashboards, and reports using Excel.n
- Communicate directly with US clients and lead client calls.n




- Understand client requirements and provide accounting support.n

nIdeal Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate should be confident in client communication and capable of leading work independently.
nTools & Skills:
n
- n
- 1-3+ years of experience in US accounting/US IT staffing/consulting (strong plus).n
- Prior experience in client communication and handling client calls is mandatory.n
- Robust knowledge of accrual accounting concepts.n
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlinesn
- Hands-on experience with QuickBooks or similar toolsn
- Experience with US payroll toolsn
- Solid understanding of US payroll, billing, invoicing, and collectionsn
- Proven experience in reconciliations and payment follow-ups.n
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skillsn
