nKey Responsibilities

- Generate new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, and market research.n
- Identify, qualify, and convert prospects into new clients.n




- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets.n
- Conduct client meetings, understand requirements, and present staffing solutions.n
- Prepare proposals, negotiate commercials, and drive closures.n
- Develop and maintain relationships with HR, TA, Procurement, and Business Heads.n
- Generate repeat business and expand existing accounts.n
- Independently manage the complete sales cycle from Lead Generation to Client Closure.n

nCandidate Profile

- n
- 5+ years of experience in Business Development/Sales in Recruitment & Staffing.n
- Proven track record in lead generation, cold calling, client acquisition, and revenue generation.n
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.n
- Self-driven hunter mentality with the ability to generate business independently.n
- Experience in B2B staffing, recruitment, contract staffing, or workforce solutions preferred.n
