nRole Overview
nWe’re looking for a detail-oriented Sr. Video Mastering Technician / QC Analyst to review and ensure the technical quality of film and episodic content before delivery. You’ll play a critical role in maintaining broadcast and streaming standards across picture, sound, and subtitles.

nResponsibilities

- Perform QC checks on video, audio, subtitles, and captionsn
- Identify and report technical issues (picture, sound, sync, text)n
- Ensure content meets platform and delivery specificationsn
- Log issues, track fixes, and sign off on final assetsn
- Collaborate with post producers, editors, and localization teamsn
- Work on tight deadlines and multiple concurrent edits.n

nRequirements

- n
- 5+ years in Video Mastering & QCn
- Strong understanding of post-production workflowsn
- Experience with streaming or broadcast contentn
- Familiarity with codecs, formats, and subtitle standardsn
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skillsn
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro; knowledge of Resolve/FCP is a plus.n
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable iterating quickly.n
