Role OverviewWe are looking for a driven and commercially focused Commercial Real Estate Broker to help businesses make faster, smarter, and more informed real estate decisions.

The role requires ownership across client acquisition, requirement understanding, property identification, market analysis, negotiations, and transaction closure. The ideal candidate will have solid commercial real estate knowledge, excellent client management skills, and the ability to use data and technology to support real estate decisions.

Key Responsibilities1. Business Development & Client Acquisition
- Identify and develop relationships with corporate, enterprise, landlord, and investor clients.
- Generate new opportunities through outbound prospecting, referrals, networking, and industry events.
- Understand client requirements, expansion plans, location needs, budgets, and timelines.
- Build and maintain a qualified pipeline and identify opportunities for repeat business.

Market Intelligence & Property Advisory
- Track commercial real estate markets, submarkets, properties, availability, rentals, and market trends.
- Identify and shortlist properties based on client requirements.
- Conduct comparative analysis across locations, properties, and commercial terms.
- Use Altre's technology and market intelligence tools to provide data-backed recommendations.

3. Transaction Management & Closure
- Manage transactions from requirement identification through negotiation and closure.
- Coordinate property inspections, proposals, commercial discussions, documentation, and stakeholder follow-ups.
- Lead negotiations with clients, landlords, investors, and other stakeholders.
- Evaluate commercial terms and develop recommendations that support client objectives.
- Ensure transactions progress in line with agreed requirements and timelines.
