Job OverviewWe are looking for a responsible, energetic and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, billing, stock records, financial monitoring and coordination with the team.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Tally and Excel , good organizational skills, and the ability to independently manage tasks while coordinating effectively with the sales and management team.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day billing and accounting activities .
- Maintain sales invoices, purchase bills, receipts, payments and other financial records.
- Manage and regularly update stock records and inventory movement .
- Monitor stock received, stock issued, sales and closing stock.
- Maintain accounts and transactions accurately in Tally .
- Prepare and maintain Excel reports for sales, stock, collections, expenses and other business requirements.
- Monitor outstanding payments and coordinate with the sales team for timely collections.




- Track daily transactions, expenses, cash/bank movements and financial records.
- Assist management with regular financial and operational reports.
- Coordinate with sales staff regarding billing, orders, collections and stock requirements.
- Identify discrepancies in billing, stock or financial records and take timely action.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure records are updated regularly.
- Handle multiple tasks and ensure work is completed within deadlines.
- Support management in monitoring overall financial and operational activities.

Skills & Requirements
- Robust knowledge of Tally and MS Excel is mandatory.
- Good understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Strong numerical and analytical ability.
- Good knowledge of billing, inventory and financial record management.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
