Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Executive – Meta Advertising with 1–2 years
of hands-on experience in Meta Ads Manager. The ideal candidate should have experience managing and
executing branding campaigns across Meta platforms, including Facebook and Instagram.
The candidate will be responsible for campaign setup, monitoring, optimization, reporting, and ensuring
smooth campaign delivery while working closely with internal teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
● Set up and manage branding campaigns through Meta Ads Manager .
● Handle end-to-end campaign setup, including campaign, ad set, and ad creation.
● Monitor campaign performance and delivery on a regular basis.
● Optimize campaigns based on campaign objectives and performance metrics.
● Ensure campaigns are launched accurately as per approved media plans and timelines.
● Monitor budgets, pacing, impressions, reach,



frequency, CPM, video views, and other relevant
KPIs.
● Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly campaign performance reports.
● Analyze campaign performance and share insights and optimization recommendations.
● Perform campaign QA before and after campaign activation.
● Coordinate with internal teams for creatives, campaign requirements, and troubleshooting.
● Ensure accurate audience targeting, placements, budgets, schedules, and tracking parameters.
● Identify delivery issues and take proactive steps to resolve them.
● Maintain campaign documentation and reporting trackers.

Required Skills & Qualifications
● 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads Manager .
● Experience managing branding and awareness campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
● Good understanding of campaign objectives such as Awareness, Reach, Engagement, Video
Views, Traffic, and Messaging .
