The CTO will play a critical role in enabling technology-driven excellence across academics, administration, research, and student services while ensuring scalability, security, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Technology Strategy & Leadership Develop and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap aligned with the university’s strategic objectives.



Evaluate emerging technologies and assess their relevance to higher education. Drive digital transformation initiatives to enhance institutional effectiveness and competitiveness. Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration across the university. IT Infrastructure & Operations Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the university’s IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, databases, and enterprise applications.
