SVCE | Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh A High-Trust Role at the Centre of Institutional Leadership Sri Venkateswara College of Engineering (SVCE), Tirupati, is looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to the Chairman to work closely with the Chairman's Office and support the execution of key institutional priorities. This is not a conventional administrative or personal-assistant role. We are looking for a highly organised, intellectually curious and execution-oriented professional who can operate as the Chairman's execution partner — understanding priorities, coordinating stakeholders, tracking decisions and ensuring that important initiatives move forward. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Chairman's Office Manage and prioritise the Chairman's professional calendar, meetings and commitments. Prepare meeting briefs, agendas, presentations, background notes and follow-up summaries. Ensure the Chairman is adequately prepared for important meetings and decisions. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with maturity and discretion.



Strategy & Execution Translate the Chairman's priorities into explicit actions, owners and timelines. Maintain a strategic action tracker and follow up with relevant stakeholders. Monitor progress on key institutional initiatives and highlight delays or risks. Prepare concise dashboards and status reports for periodic reviews. Leadership Coordination Coordinate with the Principal, senior leadership, HODs, administration and external stakeholders. Follow up on decisions emerging from leadership meetings. Ensure communication flows effectively between the Chairman's Office and relevant teams. Organise leadership reviews and institutional meetings. Research & Business Support Conduct quick research on institutions, companies, people, trends and opportunities as required. Prepare decision-support notes and comparative analysis.
