About the Role
We are looking for an energetic, target-oriented, and result-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) with 2–4 years of experience in home healthcare, hospitals, clinics, or healthcare services .
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the Kochi, Kerala and preferably have an established network of hospitals, doctors, consultants, nursing homes, and healthcare professionals .

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business development strategies to increase home healthcare sales and revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, doctors, consultants, nursing homes, clinics, diagnostic centers, and healthcare professionals.
- Generate qualified leads and patient referrals through hospital visits,



doctor meetings, and healthcare networks.
- Identify and develop recent business opportunities in the Kochi, Kerala market.
- Conduct regular field visits to hospitals and healthcare institutions to promote home healthcare services.
- Coordinate with doctors, hospital staff, patients, and families to understand healthcare requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/revenue targets.
- Maintain a database of hospitals, doctors, referral partners, and prospective clients.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into patients/customers.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing.
- Coordinate with Operations and Clinical teams for smooth patient onboarding.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Participate in healthcare camps, hospital activities, corporate tie-ups, and promotional events as required
