Position: Inside Sales Executive Location: Kolkata Experience: 2–3 Years What You Will Do: Lead Management & Conversion: Professionally handle both inbound and outbound sales calls, understand prospective customer requirements, and convert qualified leads into customers through a consultative selling approach. You will also maintain regular follow-ups with warm leads and prospects. Customer Engagement: Clearly explain SilverGenie care offerings, packages, and services, build long-term customer relationships and trust, coordinate with operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding, and resolve customer queries with timely support.



CRM & Reporting: Update lead status and customer interactions in our CRM, maintain a daily follow-up tracker and sales pipeline, generate conversion reports and sales MIS, and ensure proper customer data management and documentation. Business Development: Support lead closures driven by campaigns, coordinate with the partnerships and digital marketing teams, and participate in customer outreach initiatives, webinars, and promotional activities. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Achieving revenue targets and maintaining a strong lead-to-conversion ratio. Ensuring quick customer response times and high follow-up effectiveness.
