NKey Responsibilities:

- Handling end-to-end accounting and finance operations. N
- Managing GST, TDS, Income Tax, PT, and statutory compliances. N
- Preparation and finalization of financial statements and audit schedules. N
- Coordination with statutory auditors, tax consultants, and internal stakeholders. N
- Monitoring accounts payable, receivable, bank reconciliation, and fund flow. N
- Preparation of MIS reports, cash flow statements, and budgeting reports. N
- Ledger scrutiny, balance sheet reconciliation, and month-end closing activities. N
- Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies. N




- Handling vendor payments and reconciliation. N
- Working on ERP/accounting software and Excel reporting. N

nRequired Skills:

- Strong knowledge of Accounts, Finance & Taxation. N
- Hands-on experience in GST, TDS, audit, and finalization. N
- Good understanding of Real Estate accounting practices. N
- Strong analytical and communication skills. N
- Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems. N
