We are seeking a Head of Data & Analytics to lead the development and execution of GEDU’s enterprise-wide data strategy. This executive leadership role is responsible for establishing a centralized data platform, creating a single source of truth across the organization, enabling advanced analytics and AI capabilities, and fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making across multiple institutions.
The ideal candidate combines deep expertise in data architecture, cloud platforms, data warehousing, analytics, governance, higher education systems, and organizational leadership with a proven ability to drive enterprise transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Data Leadership
- Define and execute the GEDU Group Data & Analytics Strategy.
- Align data initiatives with academic,
operational, and organizational objectives.
- Establish a long-term roadmap for enterprise data management and analytics.
- Promote data-driven decision-making throughout the organization.
- Serve as the executive sponsor for data modernization initiatives.
