About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Junior Community Manager with hands-on experience in Reddit, Facebook Groups, or other online communities.

The ideal candidate should enjoy interacting with people, understand online community behavior, and have experience building engagement, managing conversations, and growing communities organically.

Strong Reddit experience will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow communities across Reddit, Facebook Groups, and other relevant online community platforms.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase community engagement, participation, and retention.
- Create and participate in meaningful and authentic community discussions.
- Identify relevant communities, groups, conversations, and trends to reach the right audience.
- Build strong relationships with community members, moderators, group admins, and other key community stakeholders.
- Create engaging posts, discussions,



polls, announcements, and other community content.
- Monitor community conversations, feedback, trends, and sentiment.
- Respond to questions, comments, feedback, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Encourage meaningful discussions and create a positive, welcoming community workplace.
- Plan and execute community engagement activities, campaigns, AMAs, events, and initiatives.
- Follow platform policies, community guidelines, and group-specific rules.
- Track community growth and engagement metrics and provide regular updates.
- Collect community feedback and share relevant insights with internal teams.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Content, Product, and other teams on community initiatives.
- Continuously explore new ways to grow and engage online communities organically.
