Role Description The Senior Airline Ticketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role involves handling complex domestic and international flight bookings using global distribution systems (GDS) such as galileo. The specialist will advise customers on fares, routing options, baggage rules, and airline policies, while ensuring accurate PNR creation, pricing, and documentation.

Qualifications
- Strong expertise in airline reservation and ticketing systems (Galileo or similar GDS) and experience handling domestic and international tickeitng




- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, manage expectations, and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data entry, PNR management, and documentation, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Previous experience in a senior or advanced ticketing role within a travel agency, tour operator, or airline environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, manage workload under pressure, and adapt to changing schedules and priorities.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and basic travel-related software;
comfort with learning new systems and processes.
- Relevant educational background in travel and tourism, hospitality, or a related field;
qualified ticketing or GDS certifications are an advantage.
