ROLE OVERVIEW:

Allied is looking for a resourceful, creative, and commercially minded Content & Social Media Strategist to turn ideas, conversations, voice notes, and leadership input into engaging, platform-ready content. The role will focus on strengthening Allied’s digital presence and reputation across LinkedIn, X, and Instagram, with the objective of increasing reach, engagement, brand credibility, and business impact. The ideal candidate understands that every platform has its own audience, tone, content style, and expectations. They should be able to take one core idea and adapt it into different formats that work effectively across multiple channels. The candidate should have strong skills in copywriting, storytelling, hook creation, audience engagement, social media trends, keyword and hashtag strategy,



and AI-assisted content creation. A working understanding of SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimisation), and GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation) is also expected to improve content discoverability across search engines and AI-driven platforms. This role is ideal for someone who can think strategically, write creatively, work closely with leadership, and take ownership of Allied’s content and social media presence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Content Creation & Strategy
- Turn leadership ideas, voice notes, conversations, and rough inputs into polished, publish-ready content.
- Work closely with the founder to capture ideas and transform them into transparent and engaging narratives.
- Develop content that reflects Allied’s brand voice, positioning, values, and business objectives.
- Create platform-specific content for LinkedIn, X, and Instagram, adapting the tone, structure, messaging, and format for each audience.
