Connect System India is a Make in India manufacturer of innovative cable-management, electrical table boxes, floor boxes and connectivity solutions for modern commercial, corporate and institutional spaces.

We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager – Specification & Project Sales to develop the Ahmedabad market and drive specification-led project business across Gujarat.

Key Responsibilities

1. Architect & Consultant Engagement
- Develop strong relationships with Architects, Interior Designers, Electrical Consultants, MEP Consultants and PMCs across Ahmedabad and Gujarat.
- Conduct regular product presentations, technical meetings and product awareness sessions.
- Introduce Connect System products and ensure their inclusion in project specifications, BOQs and tender documents.
- Generate product specifications and approvals with consultants and design teams.
- Identify upcoming commercial, corporate, hospitality, residential, institutional and infrastructure projects.

2. Project Sales & Business Development




- Identify and map projects from design stage through execution and procurement.
- Generate project enquiries and convert specifications into purchase orders.
- Develop relationships with Developers, Builders, Contractors, PMCs, Project Managers and Procurement Teams.
- Track projects from specification and approval through final purchase.
- Coordinate with dealers, distributors and contractors for order conversion.
- Build and maintain a solid project pipeline across Ahmedabad and Gujarat.

3. Specification & Tender Management
- Work closely with Architects and Consultants to get Connect System products specified in BOQs and tender documents.
- Identify and track upcoming tenders and project requirements.
- Provide TDS, technical specifications, samples, compliance documents, BOQ descriptions and product presentations.
- Obtain product approvals from consultants, architects and end customers.
