Job DescriptionAbout the Role
NThe Senior Manager - RealEstate Operations & Governance will drive end-to-end Pan-India coordination across various teams, ensuring effective management of real estate operations and strategic initiatives.
NResponsibilities

- N
- Drive end-to-end Pan-India coordination across Real Estate, Operations, Projects, Legal, Finance, Procurement, Design and Business teams. N
- Lead site reccy, site visits and preliminary location assessments. N
- Coordinate LOIs, Term Sheets, Lease/Leave & License Agreements, legal drafts and property documentation. N
- Track negotiations, approvals, dependencies, milestones and critical action items to closure. N
- Own Real Estate MIS, dashboards, trackers and management reporting. N
- Coordinate with landlords, brokers, consultants and other external stakeholders. N
- Support leadership on governance, escalations, reviews and strategic Real Estate initiatives. N
- Drive process discipline, documentation and standardization across the Pan-India portfolio. N





nQualifications

- N
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Construction, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Management, or related fields;
MBA preferred.n
- 5–10 years' experience in Real Estate Operations, PMO or Corporate Real Estate. N

nRequired Skills

- n
- Solid stakeholder management, execution and problem-solving skills. N
- Experience in site reccy, real estate documentation and legal coordination. N
- Strong Excel/PowerPointand reporting capabilities. N
- Willingness to travel extensively across India. N

nPreferred Skills

- Experience in managing large-scale real estate projects. N
- Familiarity with legal frameworks related to real estate. N
