nThis role would be part of the B2C sales function for our International Business Groups (US Market).
nHe/she would drive the recent customer acquisition, customer relationship management, Operations &
nreporting.
nWhat should you do?
nNew Customer Acquisition

- Conversion of leads received through various marketing channelsn
- Preparing short-term and long-term sales plan towards reaching the assigned goalsn
- Consistently achieve revenue targets in line with team/organizational objectivesn




- Proactively identifying cross-selling/up-selling opportunities with the existing customersn
- Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipelinen

nCustomer Relationship Management
n• Understand the customer requirement and pass on the insights towards the product portfolio
nimprovement based on the customer interaction/feedback

- New account developmentn

nOperations and Reporting
nManaging pre-sales to post-sales support activities for the assigned products/geographies and ensuring
nthe highest customer satisfaction
nRequirements:
nOpen to work between 7pm – 5am (Night Shift)
nExcellent communication skills (Verbal and Written)
nGraduate in any discipline
nNeutral Accent for Interacting with Global customer base
nWork From Office (Location: Bangalore -HSR Layout)
