About the Role:

We are looking for a warm, skilled, and guest-focused Guest Relationship Executive to join our Front Office / Reception team.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in hospitality or other guest-facing roles and a genuine interest in creating comfortable, seamless, and memorable experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests with warmth, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
- Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and day-to-day front office operations.
- Respond to guest enquiries in person, over the phone, and via email.
- Ensure a smooth and comfortable guest experience throughout their stay.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to fulfil guest requests efficiently.
- Handle guest concerns and complaints calmly, promptly, and professionally.




- Maintain accurate guest records and front office documentation.
- Assist with reservations and other guest-related requirements as required.
- Maintain professional communication and coordination with guests and internal teams.
- Represent OSHO Himalayas with a high standard of hospitality and service.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience in Front Office, Reception, Guest Relations, Hospitality, or Customer Service.
- Prior experience in a guest-facing hospitality role is preferred.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Warm, polite, approachable, and professional personality.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to remain calm, patient, and solution-oriented while handling guest concerns.
