About the Role

We are looking for a confident and motivated Sales Executive / BDE to help grow our customer base in Pune.

This is a hybrid sales role involving phone/online outreach, scheduled client meetings, product demonstrations, follow-ups, and relationship building.

Responsibilities
- Generate leads through calls, WhatsApp, online research, referrals, and networking.
- Contact potential customers and understand their requirements.
- Schedule and attend client meetings across Pune.
- Present and demonstrate our products.
- Follow up with prospects and close sales.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.




- Maintain leads and activities in CRM.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Confident speaking with new people and decision-makers.
- Good knowledge of Pune and surrounding areas.
- Comfortable with calls, meetings, and occasional local travel.
- Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Marathi, Hindi & English preferred.
- Basic computer, WhatsApp and email knowledge.
- Freshers can apply; sales experience is a plus.
