About Position:
We are looking for an experienced AWS Networking Engineer with 8 to 12 years of expertise in Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM), AWS Cloud Infrastructure, Networking, and Enterprise Security. The ideal candidate will have solid hands-on experience in designing, securing, and managing cloud networking environments while ensuring compliance, availability, and operational excellence across enterprise platforms.

What You'll Do:
- Design, implement, and support secure AWS networking solutions for enterprise environments.
- Manage and optimize AWS networking services including VPC, Transit Gateway, Route Tables, Security Groups, NACLs, and Load Balancers.
- Implement and maintain Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM) controls and security governance frameworks.
- Assess cloud environments for security risks, vulnerabilities, and compliance gaps.
- Collaborate with cloud architects and engineering teams to design secure and scalable cloud solutions.
- Implement network security controls, firewall policies, segmentation strategies, and access management frameworks.
- Monitor cloud infrastructure, network performance, and security events to ensure operational stability.
- Support cloud migration and modernization initiatives with a focus on security and networking best practices.
- Conduct security reviews, risk assessments, and architecture validations.
- Troubleshoot complex cloud networking, connectivity, and security-related issues.
- Develop automation scripts and reusable infrastructure components to improve operational efficiency.
- Participate in production readiness reviews, disaster recovery planning, and business continuity initiatives.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, network diagrams, security standards, and operational runbooks.
- Identify risks and dependencies early and drive timely resolution
