Job Role: Senior Brand Designer / Creative Lead

Location: Gurgaon

Experience: 3–6 years preferred

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Brand Designer to lead the visual identity of the brand across packaging, retail, digital, and customer touchpoints.

This role combines creative leadership with hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Identity
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines.
- Ensure visual consistency across all channels.
- Act as custodian of the brand's visual language.

Brand Assets

Create:
- Brand decks
- Sales presentations
- Distributor presentations
- Marketing collateral
- Trade show materials

Packaging Design
- Develop packaging concepts for new launches.
- Design labels, cartons, gift sets, and discovery kits.
- Coordinate with vendors and printers.

Marketing Creatives
- Design campaign creatives and launch materials.
- Support digital marketing and ecommerce requirements.




- Create website and landing page assets.

Visual Merchandising
- Design retail displays and POSM materials.
- Create store branding assets and tester displays.

PR & Gifting
- Design influencer kits, gifting boxes, and PR hampers.
- Create premium unboxing experiences.

Leadership
- Guide junior creatives and external agencies.
- Review and improve creative output quality.
- Collaborate closely with leadership and marketing teams.

Requirements
- Solid portfolio showcasing premium or luxury design.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Experience with packaging and print production.
- Knowledge of Figma and UI design preferred.
- Experience with beauty, luxury, fragrance, or fashion brands preferred.
