Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Sales Business Development Manager – Rayalaseema AP. The role involves developing and executing sales strategies to grow business across the Rayalaseema region, identifying current dealers and distributors, and strengthening existing channel relationships. The manager will regularly visit markets, track competitor activities, conduct product demonstrations, and ensure proper placement and visibility of Keeline products.



Daily tasks include meeting sales targets, forecasting demand, coordinating with internal teams for pricing, promotions, and supply, and preparing regular sales reports and market insights. The position also requires training and supporting field sales staff, resolving customer and partner issues, and maintaining compliance with company policies and ethical standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in regional sales management, business development, or channel management in consumer durables or home appliances.
- Strong skills in sales planning, target achievement, and territory management, with the ability to drive growth in Rayalaseema markets.
- Ability to build and maintain dealer, distributor, and retailer networks, with effective stakeholder and relationship management skills.
