Role: Quality Manager (Insurance)
Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager to lead the quality function within our Client Solutions department.
The role will be responsible for ensuring that AI-generated outputs and manual correction extraction meet client-defined quality standards. This individual will drive quality governance, process excellence, training, and team development while partnering closely with internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Own and manage end-to-end quality assurance for client deliverables.
- Validate and monitor accuracy between AI-generated outputs and manual extraction processes.
- Ensure adherence to client quality commitments, SLAs, and accuracy targets.
- Identify quality gaps, conduct root cause analysis, and drive corrective actions.
- Establish quality frameworks, audit mechanisms, and reporting dashboards.
- Collaborate with teams to improve quality outcomes and process efficiency.
