About the RoleWe are looking for a Business Development Executive who will be responsible for driving sales, developing new business opportunities and building strong client relationships.
The role requires someone who is confident, persuasive, energetic and comfortable initiating conversations with potential clients. You should be able to understand customer requirements, present our offerings effectively and take ownership of the complete sales journey—from lead generation and follow-ups to conversion.




Our offerings include Yoga & Wellness sessions/programs, with the primary focus of the role being sales and business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate recent business opportunities through calls, networking, references and other relevant channels.
- Connect with prospective clients and understand their requirements.
- Present and pitch the organisation's offerings in a clear and compelling manner.
- Manage leads and maintain consistent follow-ups to drive conversions.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, follow-ups and conversions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution after successful sales closure.
