Exp: 5-8 years
We are looking for consultants with experience across the following areas:
- Overall review and assessment of our Workday implementation and business processes
- Agentic AI build-out to streamline and automate workflows
- Recruiting module optimization and automation
- Skills Cloud build-out
- Dashboards and reporting across Workday modules
- Advanced compensation build-out and optimization
Workday modules currently in scope:
HCM, Advantages, Payroll, Advanced Compensation, Learning, Recruiting, Talent Optimization, Time Tracking, Absence Management, and Journeys.
The timeline is quite critical, as the customer would like to get the resources started as soon as possible. We would appreciate it if you could prioritize this requirement and share any suitable profiles and availability at the earliest.
