Senior Manager – Media Sales & Content Partnerships

About the RoleWe are looking for a commercially driven Media Sales & Content Partnerships Manager to lead revenue generation across a premium portfolio of digital media, content and IP opportunities.
The role will involve working with leading brands, media agencies and creative agencies to develop and sell integrated media solutions, branded content, content integrations, sponsorships and IP-led partnerships.
We are looking for someone who understands that today's brand partnerships go beyond traditional advertising. The ideal candidate should be able to understand a brand's objective, identify the right audience and opportunity, and build a compelling commercial solution around it.
Key Responsibilities
- Revenue Generation: Own and deliver quarterly and annual revenue targets across media, branded content, integrations and IP partnerships.
- Brand & Agency Sales: Build solid relationships with senior stakeholders across media agencies, creative agencies and direct brand marketing teams.
- Content & IP Sales: Identify, develop and sell opportunities around content properties, branded IPs, sponsorships and custom integrations.
- Consultative Selling: Understand client objectives and translate them into relevant, creative and commercially viable media and content solutions.
- Integrated Pitching: Develop compelling proposals combining digital media, video, social, content, IPs, sponsorships and other relevant assets.
- New Business Development: Proactively identify new advertisers, categories and partnership opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline.
- Relationship Management: Develop long-term partnerships with brands and agencies, moving beyond one-off campaigns towards larger and recurring partnerships.
- Negotiation & Closure: Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting and pitching to negotiation, closure and relationship management.
