As a Business Development Manager, you will manage business development activities across the complete sales cycle, from prospect identification and lead generation through discovery, solution presentation, negotiation, and closure.
You will engage with businesses to understand their operational and technology needs and position suitable SaaS, IT, and digital solutions based on those requirements. The role involves a consultative approach to sales, requiring you to communicate product value clearly while working closely with technical and delivery teams when deeper solution expertise is required.
You will also contribute to building a healthy sales pipeline, maintaining solid prospect relationships, tracking opportunities, and identifying new markets and customer segments. Success in this role requires a combination of sales discipline, commercial awareness, technology understanding, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for IT and SaaS solutions.
- Generate leads through outbound prospecting, referrals, networking, digital channels, industry research, and other business development activities.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects and opportunities.
- Conduct discovery calls and meetings to understand customer business challenges, technology requirements, budgets, and decision-making processes.
- Present and demonstrate relevant SaaS and IT solutions to prospective customers.
- Translate customer requirements into appropriate technology and solution propositions.
- Work with technical, product, and delivery teams to support sales engineering and solutioning activities.
