This role is suited for someone who can support marketing campaigns, generate leads, coordinate with customers and internal teams, and contribute to improving brand visibility and sales opportunities.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day sales and marketing activities to generate leads and business opportunities.
- Identify and research potential customers, markets, industries, and business prospects.
- Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.




- Support digital marketing initiatives across social media, email, websites, search, and other relevant platforms.
- Generate, qualify, and maintain leads through various marketing and sales channels.
- Conduct outbound communication through calls, emails, social media, and other appropriate channels.
- Follow up with prospects and support the sales team throughout the customer acquisition process.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, customer interactions, and marketing activities.
- Assist in preparing marketing presentations, proposals, brochures, reports, and other promotional materials.
- Use MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to prepare reports, presentations, data sheets, and marketing documents.
- Track campaign performance, lead generation, customer engagement, and other relevant marketing metrics.
- Support website and social media content updates and coordinate with internal or external creative
