- Maintain a strong working knowledge of the company's administrative systems, product knowledge, Underwriting Guidelines and medical factors impacting mortality and morbidity. N
- Assess potential risks to determine appropriate risk classification utilizing actuarial data, reinsurance guidelines, relevant statistics, and personal judgement within established authority limits, ensuring necessary referrals are completed in accordance with company policy. N
- Participate in on-goingmedical, financial, soft skills, and leadership training. N
- Communicate with stakeholders regarding application status, additional requirements needed, input errors, and required corrections, Reinsurance offer details and requirements, reconsideration questions, appeal requests, and the final underwriting decision and associated reason/s. N
