nAbout the Role
nWe are looking for an experienced Vice President – FIG Coverage to join our Investment Banking team. The role will focus on building and managing senior relationships with financial institutions and driving origination and execution of strategic and capital market transactions.
nThe ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of the Financial Services sector, excellent client relationships, proven transaction experience, and the ability to independently originate and execute mandates.

- Lead FIG coverage and relationship management across financial institutions.n
- Develop and maintain relationships with Banks, NBFCs, Insurance Companies, Asset Management Companies, FinTechs and other financial institutions.n
- Identify and originate opportunities across:n
- M&A; and strategic advisoryn




- Equity Capital Markets (ECM)n
- IPOs and QIPsn
- Private Placementsn
- Fundraising and structured transactionsn
- Strategic investments and partnershipsn
- Develop transaction ideas and pitch materials based on client requirements and market opportunities.n
- Drive the end-to-end execution of transactions in coordination with internal teams, clients and external advisors.n
- Conduct sector research, company analysis, valuation and financial modelling.n
- Prepare pitch books, information memorandums, valuation analyses and transaction presentations.n
- Work closely with senior management to develop and execute the FIG business strategy.n
- Track sector trends, regulatory developments, valuations and competitive dynamics within financial services.n
- Mentor and guide analysts and associates within the FIG team.n
