Role Description The Senior Occupational Therapist will provide comprehensive, evidence-based occupational therapy services to children with diverse developmental needs,



ensuring individualized treatment plans that support functional independence and participation in daily activities. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing and implementing intervention plans targeting fine and gross motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, and school readiness, and documenting progress in a clear and timely manner. The role involves collaborating closely with families, teachers, and other therapists to create integrated strategies that support children across home, school, and community environments. The Senior Occupational Therapist will mentor junior therapists, contribute to program development, and participate in parent education and awareness initiatives. This is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Occupational Therapy, with demonstrated expertise in pediatric assessment and intervention.
