Job DescriptionWe are looking for a passionate 3D Modeling and Texturing Artist to join our 3D team at Juego Studios. The ideal candidate should have strong skills in 3D sculpting, low-poly modeling, PBR texturing, and hand-painted texturing.
NYou will primarily work on creating high-quality game characters, but may also have opportunities to work on props, vehicles, and environments depending on project requirements.
NResponsibilities

- Create high-quality, game-ready 3D assets following established style guides, concept art, production pipelines, and technical requirements. N
- Produce clean, optimized meshes with proper topology and UV layouts. N
- Texture assets using PBR or hand painted workflows to meet visual quality standards. N
- Implement assets in-game engines like Unity or Unreal Engine with support from the tech team. N
- Incorporate artistic and technical feedback and make revisions efficiently. N
- Maintain proper layering, naming conventions, file organization, and project structure to ensure clean and reliable asset delivery. N




- Create LODs and optimize environment assets to meet game performance requirements without compromising visual quality. N
- Learn and adapt to new tools, software, and workflows with minimal supervision. N
- Take full ownership of assigned tasks, manage priorities effectively, and consistently meet delivery targets set by the Lead. N

nRequired Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of industry experience in 3D modeling within a game or animation studio, with experience working on at least one published title. N
- A strong portfolio showcasing character art and game art skills. N
- Proficiency in Maya/Blender, ZBrush, Substance Painter, and Photoshop. N
- Strong communication, collaboration, and time management skills. N
