Role Description The Sales Head / Vice President – Sales is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Goa, responsible for driving sales growth for Victorino Luxury Homes.



This role oversees the end-to-end sales function, including strategy development, pipeline management, and performance tracking across luxury villas and premium homes. Day-to-day activities include leading and mentoring the sales team, setting targets, managing key client relationships, and coordinating with marketing and operations to ensure a seamless customer experience. The role involves identifying recent business opportunities, building partnerships with brokers and channel partners, and representing the brand at events, site visits, and client meetings. The Sales Head / VP – Sales will also monitor market trends, refine pricing and sales strategies, and provide regular reports and forecasts to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
