Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for: VVM Services
- Handles day to day Field level O&M; activities such as Corrective & Preventive maintenance, Troubleshooting/traces & Analysis of issues
- Software & Patch Upgrades/Spare management, System backup and Planned event execution/support.
- Fault closer & Restoration of services

- Responsible for IMS Core and VoLTE services

- Daily Health Check of Hardware & Storage systems

- Daily Health Check of PCSCF/BGW systems & routing plans

- Maintain up to date hardware Type/Model/Version and Software (OS, VM, cloud and Vendor Application) inventory of Wireless core nodes

- Coordinating with regulatory authorities,



Circle Wire-line / Wireless Network Core teams/ Business/ RAFM to resolve VVM services related issues

Education Requirement

- BE

Experience Requirement

- Minimum 3 Years - Maximum 8 Years

Skills & Competencies

1. Knowledge of System Deployment & Integration of LTE Network
2. Understanding of Functional & Unit Testing & Fault Rectification
3. Able to provide Operations Support for IMS applications
