Summary

We are seeking an experienced Zonal Academic Manager to lead academic delivery and ensure academic excellence across a preschool network in the South Zone. The role focuses on curriculum implementation, teacher development, academic quality, classroom delivery, and parent satisfaction, while supporting the overall growth and performance of the preschool network.

Responsibilities

- Leading curriculum execution and academic strategy across the assigned West Zone.
- Mentoring Academic Managers on lesson planning, school observations, teacher engagement, and academic practices.
- Driving effective teacher training, classroom delivery, academic quality, and continuous capability development.
- Monitoring the academic health of centers, ensuring adherence to brand standards, curriculum guidelines, and compliance requirements.
- Driving initiatives focused on child development, parent satisfaction, student retention, audits, and continuous academic improvement.

Requirements

- Possessing a postgraduate degree with ECCEd, B.Ed, or Human Development background.
- Bringing 10+ years of experience in preschool academic delivery and academic leadership.
- Demonstrating strong knowledge of ECCE curriculum, early childhood education,



and child-centric learning methodologies.
- Having proven experience in leading, mentoring, and coaching academic teams across multiple centers.
- Possessing excellent communication, interpersonal, conflict-resolution, analytical, and strategic problem-solving skills.
