- Develops the technical solutions, implements them and performs the component integration tests.
- Understand the business needs and the needs to standardize processes and build this into the design.
- Understand the large-scale thinking and approach needed for success of the project.
- Leading platform upgrades.
- Configuring complex reports
- Debugging of system logs
- Monitors and reports on progress in completing projects and accomplishing goals.
- Collaborate with various cross-functional teams to define and determine integration requirements.
- Drive organization to improve data integrity for company-wide analytics.

Skill RequirementsQualifications

- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
- Relevant Exp. 5+ Years

Mandatory Skills

- Experience in Admin, Configuration & Development related activities in ServiceNow.
- Expertise level of understanding of ServiceNow is required.
- Certified ServiceNow Administrator & ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist
- Configuration/Development knowledge of:
- Incident Management
- Problem Management
- Change Management
- Release Management
- Knowledge Management
- Asset management
- CMDB
- Service Requests and SLM

- Fair understanding of content management, developing ESS Page.
- Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities with the ability to interact and influence at all levels of the organization.

Other RequirementsGood to have

- Extensive knowledge of JavaScript
