- Minimum of 8 - 12 years of experience in developing modern, responsive, and cross-browser-compatible web applications using React JS, Node JS, HTML, CSS, TS, JSON, and JavaScript.
- Expertise in building front-end web interfaces for polyglot backends built on pre-trained or fine-tuned AI/ML models (e.g., OpenAI etc.).
- Experience working with AWS Cloud APIs and DevOps deployment and EKS, deploying applications.
- Proficiency with microformats and micro frontend.
- Experience in designing web applications using micro frontend architecture, creating design documents, and data flow.
- Experience in Microservices and monorepo.
- Development experience of frontends/UI/UX layers for MERN stack for enterprise applications.
- Hands-on technical implementation level knowledge and experience in MySQL, Postgres, Marklogic, MongoDB, and other databases.
- Familiarity with the whole web stack, including protocols and web server optimization techniques.
- Expertise in creating automated unit test cases and using Github copilot/OpenAI to reduce development time.
- Expert in debugging and problem-solving.
- Good understanding of server-side CSS preprocessors such as Stylus, Less, etc.




- Expertise in REST/JSON API's design code for high scale/availability/resiliency.
- Develop responsive and progressive web apps and integrate APIs using Python/NodeJS.
- Develop system integration and platform integration.
- Strong business and technology decision-making skills are required.
- Define and ensure team deliveries adhere to non-functional requirements and schedule, troubleshooting and resolving issues with coding or design.
- Experience working with integration/API patterns, designing microservices architecture.
- DevOps and DevSecOps experience.
- Experience with Agile Methodology, design thinking, working with ambiguity, and finding one's own path.
- Always ready to learn, work on self-development, and team capability development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.

Positive to have:

- Python.
- Rapid front-end/UI/UX prototyping/wireframing using several open-source and proprietary tools (e.g., Figma, Axure, Adobe XD, etc.).
- Domain knowledge of Life sciences: Pharma R&D; is desirable.
- Lead development teams and establish good coding practices.
