MERN Full Stack Developer

Position: MERN FullStack Developer
Experience: Minimum of 8 - 12 years of experience in developing modern, responsive, and cross-browser-compatible web applications using React JS, Node JS, HTML, CSS, TS, JSON, and JavaScript.

Key Responsibilities

- Expertise in building front-end web interfaces for polyglot backends built on pre-trained or fine-tuned AI/ML models (e.g., OpenAI etc.)
- Experience of working with AWS Cloud APIs and DevOps deployment and EKS, deploying applications.
- Proficiency with microformats and micro frontend.
- Experience in designing web applications using micro frontend architecture, creating design documents, and data flow.
- Experience in Microservices and monorepo.
- Development experience of frontends/UI/UX layers for the MERN stack for enterprise applications.
- Hands-on technical implementation-level knowledge and experience in MySQL, Postgres, Marklogic, MongoDB, and other databases.
- Familiarity with the whole web stack, including protocols and web server optimization techniques.
- Expertise in creating automated unit test cases and using Github Copilot/OpenAI to reduce development time.
- Expert in debugging and problem-solving.
- Good understanding of server-side CSS preprocessors such as Stylus, Less, etc.




- Expertise in REST/JSON API's Design code for high scale/availability/resiliency.
- Develop responsive and progressive web apps and integrate APIs using Python/NodeJS.
- Develop System Integration and platform integration.

Skills Required

- Robust business and technology decision-making skills are required.
- Define and ensure the team's deliveries adhere to non-functional requirements and schedule. Troubleshooting and resolving issues with coding or design.
- Experience working with integration/API patterns. Designing microservices architecture.
- DevOps and DevSecOps experience.
- Experience with Agile Methodology, Design thinking, working with ambiguity, find own path.

Additional Qualifications

- Always ready to learn, work on self-development, and team's capability development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Good to have: Python.
- Good to have: Rapid front-end/UI/UX prototyping/wireframing using several open-source and proprietary tools e.g. Figma, Axure, Adobe XD etc.
- Domain knowledge of Life sciences: Pharma R&D; is desirable.
- Lead development teams.
- Establish good coding practices.
