Reputed Automobile Company Requires Telecaller

Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
- Generate new leads and customer enquiries.
- Follow up on customer requirements and quotations.
- Contact customers for sales and service-related follow-ups.
- Maintain daily calling and follow-up records.
- Share qualified leads and enquiries with the Sales/Service Team.
- Maintain regular follow-up until the enquiry is closed or transferred to the concerned team.
- Update customer information in Excel/CRM.
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and follow-up targets.
- Handle other calling activities assigned by management.

Requirements

- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Confident and polite telephone manner.
- Positive follow-up and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
- Gujarati and Hindi communication required; basic English preferred.




- Ability to work with daily calling targets.

Any Graduation With Relevant Experience
